Project description

Milbank Real Estate needed a folder filled with building info for their property: the First National Center in downtown Oklahoma City. This folder also has a pocket to slip a leasing sheet into. The pages in the folder have a die-cut curve at the top of the pages similar to the curves of their brochure. The idea of the curved pages came from the curved logo. A UV Gloss Coat was added on top of the images for a nice shine. The folder was printed on semi-gloss paper. Milbank's branded colors are brown and orange. A third teal color was added to this folder which works well with a light brown color. Charts were designed on the bottom of the folder.
