Project description

Every year Orange County High School of the Arts has a Season Finale Performance. I took a yin and yang approach when designing this logo. I wanted to blend the school's various art disciplines together: dance, art, and music. The ballerina slipper represents dance. The slipper serves as the left waist of the violin. And finally a paintbrush replaces the fingerboard on the violin. I chose a classic font, Optima, as for the logo typeface.
