Project description

I designed this Thievery Corporation CD Box Set as a college project. I worked on their music video and was inspired. Thievery Corp. makes electronic music. The two members of the group always wear black suits. So I sewed a dry cleaning bag to house the 3 CDs. Each CD is held inside of a suit. The CDs have stripes and track names on them and are made to look like dress shirts within the suit jackets. A tie is actually drawn on the middle of each CD. Because they produce electronic music, I chose bright colors for the CDs.
